Ingredients

  • 800 - 1000 ml Water
  • 2-3 tbsp of Coffee Grounds
  • Ice [Optional]

Kitchen Items

  • Mug
  • Decanter
  • Coffee Filter
  • Kettle

Preparation

  • Add water to kettle and bring to ~195 °F
  • Place filter over decanter
  • While water is heating, measure out coffee grounds and add to filter
  • Once water is ready, bloom the coffee by pouring the heated water in a circular fashion over the grounds enought until soaked
  • Wait 30s
  • Pour the rest of your water over the grounds and let brew for ~5 min
