Ingredients¶
- 800 - 1000 ml Water
- 2-3 tbsp of Coffee Grounds
- Ice [Optional]

- Decanter
- Coffee Filter
- Kettle
Preparation¶
- Add water to kettle and bring to ~195 °F
- Place filter over decanter
- While water is heating, measure out coffee grounds and add to filter
- Once water is ready, bloom the coffee by pouring the heated water in a circular fashion over the grounds enought until soaked
- Wait 30s
- Pour the rest of your water over the grounds and let brew for ~5 min
