Ingredients
- 2 Whole eggs
- Egg whites [Optional]
- Chicken broth
- 1 L Water
- 2-3 tsp Corn starch [Optional]
- Salt
- White pepper

- 1 Medium sized pot
Preparation
- Fill pot with water and bring to boil
- Add chicken broth and seasonings to the water
- Once water is boiling turn down heat to keep it simmering
- Thicken by making a slurry out of the cornstarch (combine with cold water) and then add to pot
- Crack eggs into a bowl or cup (preferrably something with a pouring edge)
- While stirring pot in one direction, slowly pour in egg mixture to create ribbons in soup
